Hello everyone!

I am Deepa Ghosh Dutta, a contributing writer of Suite101. A Masters degree holder in English Literature from Calcutta University, I worked for some time, about a year at 123india.com - a web portal as a content writer. My assignments there were varied from writing job descriptions for the HR for their recruiting program to writing press releases on certain new updates in the portal, to articles for presentation purpose like the role of a good leader etc. After this short stint I got married.

Always nurturing an interest in anything creative, be it singing or painting or writing I have always been keen to make a career choice out of them. Writing for me is the best way to give shape to my feelings, perspectives and opinions. Infact if I am passionate about anything apart from my family, it is writing! I am very hopeful that my tie-up with Suite101 will bring forth creations that will not only make me feel I have contributed something worthwhile but also would have a positive influence on the readers. So, happy reading!
